• Keep your PHFUN account password and other login credentials strictly to yourself. You are fully responsible for making sure these details stay private.
• It is totally forbidden to let another person use your PHFUN account or to use someone else's account on their behalf.

PHFUN may reject any registration request without explaining why. As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we might also ask you to submit a scanned copy of your national ID card or passport.

These rules apply to every bet you place on PHFUN:

• Once a bet is confirmed, you cannot change or cancel it anymore, unless PHFUN offers a "Cash Out" option for that particular bet.
• Odds for live betting change in real time, so the odds locked in at the exact moment your bet is confirmed will be treated as the final odds.
• If a match gets called off or postponed, we will generally refund the stake of that bet, but specific event rules may still apply.
• Should a technical error stop us from processing a bet, PHFUN has the right to void that bet.
• You will not be able to place a bet if your account balance is not enough to cover it.
• Arbitrage betting, or placing multiple bets on different outcomes of the same match just to guarantee profit, is strictly prohibited on PHFUN.

PHFUN keeps a close watch on unusual betting patterns and may look into any suspicious activity. While an investigation is ongoing, your account could be temporarily suspended.

All money transactions on PHFUN are fully transparent, and you will never face hidden charges.

• For withdrawals, you must use the exact same payment method and account name that you used when you made the deposit.
• You need to complete KYC verification before you can withdraw for the first time.
• The smallest cash-out you can make is ₱500. Your daily withdrawal cap will depend on the tier your account is in.
• As part of our anti-money laundering measures, we may take a closer look at any withdrawal requests that seem unusual or out of the ordinary.

• Registering more than one account or logging into someone else’s account.
• Funding your account with money that came from laundering or any other unlawful source.
• Taking part in match fixing or trying to control the outcome of any game or event.
• Using scripts, bots, or any automated tools to gain an unfair edge on the betting system.
• Taking advantage of bugs or technical flaws on the platform to get an unfair benefit.
• Managing an account for someone below the legal age of 21.
• Harassing other members or behaving in a way that creates harm or hostility.
• Pretending to be a PHFUN staff member or giving false information about who you are.

PHFUN may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:

• If you break any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• If our KYC verification finds that your submitted details are false or incomplete.
• If your account has remained inactive for a long stretch, meaning more than twelve (12) months.
• If a court, regulator, or other legal authority directs us to do so.
