PHFUN may turn down any registration request for whatever reason. For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you might be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

Whenever you place a bet on PHFUN, the following rules are always in effect. Remember, players must be 21 years old or older and should always bet responsibly.

• Once a bet is confirmed, you can no longer change or cancel it unless PHFUN specifically offers the Cash Out option for that bet.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds shown at the moment you confirm the bet are the ones that will be honored.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is usually refunded, although event-specific rules may apply.
• If a bet cannot be processed because of a technical error, PHFUN has the right to void the bet.
• A bet will not be accepted if your account does not have enough balance to cover it.
• Placing bets on several outcomes of the same match to get an unfair financial edge, also known as arbitrage betting, is strictly prohibited.

PHFUN watches for unusual betting patterns and may launch an investigation if something looks wrong. Your account might be temporarily suspended while the review is ongoing.

PHFUN keeps financial transactions fully transparent. No hidden charges are applied, and all amounts are handled in Philippine pesos (₱).

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit, and under the same account name.
• KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₱500. Your daily withdrawal cap will depend on the tier of your account.
• To help keep money laundering in check, we may review withdrawal requests that look unusual or out of the ordinary.

PHFUN offers bonuses and promos that are meant to benefit players — but you also need to meet certain conditions before they can actually be used.

• Welcome Bonus: Only new players are eligible for the one-time welcome bonus. This bonus becomes active once you make a qualifying first deposit of at least ₱500.
• Wagering Requirements: You may only withdraw after meeting the wagering requirement, which is 5 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus, you need to place total bets worth ₱5,000.

• Creating multiple accounts or using an account that belongs to someone else.
• Engaging in money laundering or using funds that were acquired through illegal means.
• Being involved in match-fixing or taking part in any act that artificially influences game results.
• Using software, bots, or other automation tools to exploit the betting system.
• Taking unfair advantage of the platform by using its technical weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
• Managing or operating an account on behalf of anyone below 21 years old.
• Harassing other players or engaging in behavior that is harmful or disruptive to others.
• Impersonating PHFUN staff members or providing false identification.

PHFUN may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• If you violate any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• If false or incomplete details are given during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for more than 12 months.
• If a legal authority or court orders us to do so.
• If you personally request it through self-exclusion.

Before closing your account, PHFUN will typically notify you by email or SMS. However, for serious violations, we may act immediately with no prior notice.
